Patience – the Antidote to Anger with Keith Rowan

Anger, whether we consider it justified or not, has one consistent quality - it always upsets the person who is angry. Whether it helps or harms the object of our anger or not, even righteous anger is guaranteed to leave us troubled, confused or guilty. It is, in a sense, a consistent, reliable enemy. It always harms us. Patience is a powerful antidote to anger. In these classes we will study how patience works and learn simple but powerful practices to develop the full potential and power of patience.
